As you age, your needs change. Baptist Health PACE was created as a way to provide you, your family, and healthcare professionals with the flexibility to meet your care needs so you can continue living in your community, in your own home.
As a Baptist Health PACE member, you will receive all of your health care services exclusively from a dedicated interdisciplinary team of health care professionals who will oversee all aspects of your care. These professionals are experts in senior health and will work together to develop a plan based on your individual needs. This way, the care revolves around you.
Once enrolled in Baptist Health PACE, the amount you pay each month will not change no matter what care and services you might need.
