Ready for quality care in the home you love?

At Baptist Health PACE, our mission is to enhance your quality of life. Our program enables older adults to maximize their independence and remain in their homes and communities while receiving comprehensive health care and supportive services.

Our friendly intake staff is always willing to assist you with your enrollment journey. Though enrollment into Baptist Health PACE only occurs at the beginning of each month, participants can disenroll at any time. A Baptist Health PACE staff member can provide information about any documents required to register for the program. Our intake specialist will also schedule a time to assist with your enrollment packet. For additional details regarding our enrollment process, please contact an enrollment specialist at 501-441-8000 (TTY: #711) or email us at info@bhpace.org.

Baptist Health PACE assists applicants with the application process, but approval of application and enrollment are determined by the Arkansas Department of Health and Human Services.

If you speak a language other than English, language assistance services, free of charge, are available to you. Call 1-501-441-8000 (TTY: #711).

Those who enroll in our program will receive:

Comprehensive treatment

We provide and coordinate all the medical care, home care, therapies, transportation, and other services your loved ones need to live a healthy and safe life in their own home. We also offer an adult day center to provide an environment where members come together and develop new friendships.

Focused care

An interdisciplinary team of health care professionals is available to help you make informed decisions regarding your health care. These professionals are experts in working with seniors and their families and will strategize together to develop a care plan focused on your individual needs.

Prescription coverage

Baptist Health PACE accepts Medicaid, a combination of Medicaid and Medicare, or private pay with no copay. Our program offers Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage. Medicare-only participants will be charged a monthly premium to cover the long-term care portion of the Baptist Health PACE benefit and a premium for Medicare Part D drugs.

Note: If you are in a Baptist Health PACE program, you don’t need to join a separate Medicare drug plan. If you do, you will lose your Baptist Health PACE health and prescription drug benefits.

For more information about the National PACE Association, visit www.npaonline.org. If you have questions about your Medicare benefits, call 1-300-MEDICARE (1-800-663-4227). TTY users should call 1-877-486-2048.
